The temperature of dry air can be dropped significantly through the transition of liquid water to water vapor (evaporation), which can cool air using much less energy. In dry climates, evaporative cooling has the added benefit of conditioning the air with more moisture making the immediate area more comfortable. This method of cooling has been used for centuries and our High Pressure Dry Misting technology has taken the concept by increasing waters ability to evaporate. The technology revolves around dispersing water into as many and as fine as possible micron sized droplets. This immediately allows for an increase in exposed water surface area. Normally droplets of this size (10μ and smaller) will flash-Evaporate. The increase in the evaporation rate will equate into better cooling.
